Frequently asked questions! Please look through carefully before reaching out. 

When will my order arrive?

Orders will ship usually within 1-3 days of confirmation! Tracking will be available when it is out. Once it leaves our hands, it's up to the shipping services for when it gets there. If there is any delay due to stocking issues, you will be notified. 

Can I return my item? 

If your item has been damaged, a refund can be given (we will ask for a photo!) Lost packages cannot be replaced. Sorry! Ask around first, double check everything! Otherwise, no returns will be accepted if you just don't like what you ordered! Sale items and gift cards are FINAL SALE.

Will you sell my work??

Maybe! Send an email to dirtybirdychicago@gmail.com OR use our contact form! We only buy wholesale and do not do consignment at the moment, so no originals please. We also aren't looking for clothing as well, but totes and accessories are up for consideration.

How often do you get new goods in?

We try to stock a few new things every month! Most new items will be either comics or gachapon. Some seasonal things will be available as well, and you can follow us at instagram.com/dirtybirdychicago for updates on new stock.

What's the deal with your toys??

We sell blind boxes and gachapon (also gashapon, both are correct!) Blind boxes are collectable toys picked at random, we have no way of knowing what variation you might get either! Gachapon are Japanese vending machine toys- sometimes figures, erasers, keychains, sometimes even clay/putty. Since so many come out every month, we try to stock new ones as often as possible and won't always be able to restock based on demand with sellers. 

I live in Chicago! Can I do a local pickup?

You sure can! Free pickup is available at Festive Collective (Logan Square). Please send a follow-up email and shipping can be refunded. You'll be notified once it's ready to be picked up.
